Your Personal Biography Stelios Alexakis was born in 1973, in Kournas village of Chania, Crete. He studied History and Archeology in the Philosophical School of Athens, and he continued in post-graduate studies in History of Art at the same university. From 2000 to 2005 he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Athens. Since 1996 he works in Kouvoutsakis Art Institute. He lives and works in Kournas village of Chania, and in Athens. He participated in 21 group exhibitions, and has organized one personal exhibition in Gallery 7. He is now preparing his second personal exhibition which will take place at the Hellenic Centre of London.
