Artist Statement:
I am a 35 year old
self-taught artist. I have
previously taken sketching and
watercolor classes at the
collegiate level and am now
really interested in acrylics.
I enjoy painting in the cubist
and fauvist styles - vibrant
colors in juxtaposition to
interesting geometric shapes.
I am proud to be a member of
iS@. I am also a juried member
of eSR@ . I am currently in
pursuit of a Masters of Fine
Arts with an emphasis in
Studio Arts and am a Board
Member of the Central Iowa Art
Association. My art has
recently been shown in the Ray
Frederick Art Gallery in
Marshalltown, IA. ...
