Artist Statement for Telmo Mota
|
|
|
The purpose of my artwork is to provide peace of mind, pleasure and balance to the beholder. My work envolves raw materials taken from nature and embedded into smooth and cosy shapes. The main concept focuses fusion between two materials, the inorganic stone and the organic wood, joined together to create a work that invites a contemplation of cosmic balance.
