Artist Statement:
As an artist of
realism/photorealism, my
ulitmate goal when creating a
painting is to surpass
anything that can be produced
by a camera. Most importantly,
a greater sense of 3
dimensionality, depth and
reality. The closer a person
gets to one of my works the
more detail they should see.
The greatest compliment is
when a person reaches out to
touch a painting because they
don't believe it's a flat,
smooth canvas....
