Artistic experience, as a spectator, and then, more directly, as an artist, has meant for me the possibility of transcending and reaching certain spaces that are intangible, but lived daily. As a creator, to be in front of a blank canvas or a digital image to be manipulated, is to be faced with a challenge: that of translating to the language of forms, textures and colors something that has not yet been conceptualized, but that exists somewhere and that I desire to capture, expressing it through those materials and tools at my disposal. It thereby becomes a kind of game, in which time disappears and one enters into communion with the aesthetic experience with its infinity of moments, which go from pain to ecstasy. Self-taught experimentation in the field of art, has been for me one of the great pleasures of life.
La experiencia artística en general, como espectador, y luego más directamente como artista, ha sido para mí una posibilidad de trascender y llegar a ciertos espacios que son intangibles, pero que se viven en lo cotidiano. Como creador, estar frente a un lienzo en blanco o una imagen digital para manipular, es la experiencia de un reto, el de poder traducir al lenguaje de las formas, texturas y colores algo que todavía no se conceptualiza, pero que existe en alguna parte y quiero capturar, expresándolo a través de los materiales o herramientas a mi disposición. Se torna así en una especie de juego, en el que el tiempo desaparece y se entra en comunión con la experiencia estética que tiene infinidad de momentos, que van del dolor al éxtasis. La experimentación autodidacta en el terreno de las artes plásticas, ha sido para mí uno de los grandes placeres que la vida me ha dado.
L’esperienza artistica in generale, vissuta prima come spettatore, e poi direttamente come artista, è stata per me un’opportunità che mi ha permesso di trascendere e di raggiungere spazi intangibili, che normalmente vengono vissuti nel quotidiano. Come creativo, lo stare davanti ad una tela bianca o il modellare un’immagine digitale, è per me l’esperienza di una sfida: quella di poter tradurre in linguaggio forme, sensibilità tattili e colori, espressioni non facili da concettualizzare, che però esistono e che io desidero catturare e riesprimere mediante il materiale e gli strumenti che ho a mia disposizione. Tutto questo si trasforma in un piacevole gioco artistico, dove il tempo svanisce e si entra in comunione con l’esperienza estetica che ha infiniti momenti, che vanno dal dolore all’estasi. L’esperienza autodidattica nell’ambito delle arti plastiche, è stata per me una delle grandi gioie che la vita mi ha donato.
