Artist Statement for Don Vallere
|
|
|
Don Vallere is a developing artist, who paints in both representational (for the discipline) and abstract (for the fun of it) styles.
He works with acrylic on both canvas and paper, as well as with mixed media. Don has attended art workshops at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, TN, the Art League School in Alexandria, VA, and the Baum School of Art in Allentown, PA.
He is a member of the Art League, Alexandria, VA, the Berks Art Alliance, Wyomissing, PA and the Parkland Art League, Allentown, PA and has exhibited throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His works are in private collections in Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
