“I revel in the impact of natures images. Something invites me to capture the images of nature and this is why: nature seems to reach out with an invisible aura that embraces our soul no matter who we are.”
We may often relax and expel a long relieved breath when we catch the scent of fragrant blooms or spreading pine trees. We recognize that unconditional embrace and feel safe in it. The feeling of these moments is captured with unique color and design. Mother Nature is bold, constant and confident in the images and feelings she gives us. You can feel it too, with your eyes, when you see these images.
“My paintings come from my need to create and are captured in a permanent form. I know even as I sketch the rough outlines of a new painting if it will be an easy and harmonious birth resulting in a finished painting. It is an urge I must fulfill…that is why I must paint.”
