Artist Statement for Amiee Cacolice
|
|
|
Hi Everyone! My name is Amiee Cacolice. I am an Artist from Los Angeles, California and employed as professional photographer now living in Pearland, Texas.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. I have been doing photography, painting, drawing, and graphics for many years. I have taken different types of classes of varying sources and from several schools. I have always been interest in Fine Art. Expressing myself through art has been something that I have always enjoyed to do and will keep doing it for years to come. You may notice that my subjects are many and varied. I simply enjoy capturing moments in time that strike me as unique and then some that are so common, that they are often overlooked.
I process my black and white film and prints in my home. I enjoy the solitude of the darkroom, and the many ways an artist can express him/herself using meaningful photographs and varied processing methods. I am currently equipping a photography studio in order to shoot still life and portraits.
