Artist Statement:
"For me Art is the act of
reinterpreting the world
around us into new forms.
Borrowing from all we see to
imagine these forms, the goal
is to produce something that
is unlike objects viewed
before, when originality
trumps technique. The trick
is to find the balance point
between creation and
destruction, chaos and order,
the point of risk where it is
determined whether this object
is to be called art or a
simply a failed project. I
define this fine line of
decision making, where just
enough information is provided
to achieve this right result
as,
Balance Point Optimalism."

in basic archetypal forms,
such as...
The Arch, "A basic form in
nature and of strength in man
made structures, it enables
shared support, access and
passage".
Crystal Forms, "The influence
of the crystal is seen in many
of humanities creations, they
surround us as we venture
through life, the shape of a
many faceted roof, the beveled
glass window, in the cut
crystal vase, the wonderful
sculpted art".
The Radius and Curve,
"Provides a means of softening
transitions, suggesting ,
purpose, smoothness and
sensuality, for me it is a
feminine form".
