Artist Statement for J Boss
Artist Isak E-Yoxin, other known as Joseph Boss is a modern abstract artist who specializes in multi dimensional forms. More than one media form in development, the collection has a neverending aspect to which bold colors manipulate other colors, obstructed shapes, surreal objects, directional to non directional expression in rounding out the indefinative. This reasoning comes from previous critiquing who have found my work fastidious yet holding its' own value.
With much eclectic explanations and observations to declaring what is art and finding an evocative manner in expression, I tend to fascinate myself with my imagination. In most cases, thriving to befuddle the viewer and make them wonder how and what technique I take in creating a piece. For instance, my approach to slightly differentiate conventional art to questionable work is a goal I achieve.
On another level my work is described to agitate viewers says one critic from Gallery Studio/Feb-March 2006 issue.
In conclusion my goal is to seriously create perfected art in it's most modern form when approaching art in the non traditional.
