Sherry Harradence - Sherry M. Harradence Artist Statement: What inspires me is in the form of being challenged with Mixed Media Printmaking that uses a matrix such as plexi-glass plates, copper or blocks that produces one of a kind impressions that are most unique. Monoprint/Relief Printing has a history from as far back as the Masters, Rembrandt, Pablo Picasso, Albrecht Durer and many others. Multiple unique impressions printed from a single matrix are known as variable editions (original and ghost copies AKA). There are many techniques used in Monoprinting, including collagraph, collage, hand painted additions, and a form of tracing by which thick paint or ink are laid down on a monoprint press, registering the paper on the painted plate and passing through the press for the transferring of the paint or ink to the paper. Monoprints can also be made by altering the type, color, and viscosity of the ink or paint used to create different prints. Its a challenging medium and you are also painting in reverse. Charles Rowland - Charles Rowland works in various media, including watercolor, gouache and pen and ink. He has lived in the Columbus, Ohio area since 1970 and currently resides in southern Delaware County A watercolor artist for over 20 years he is both an active artist and teacher. His work has won many awards in Ohio area exhibitions and can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the Midwest, West and southern United States. Theodore Kennett Raj - About Theodore As a visual artist I follow my own muse. My visual narrative paintings and pen drawings reflect fanciful subjects and situations depicted with explosions of colour and textures. Born in Maduria India, I have a very exuberant colour sense which reflects the origins of my country of birth. In 1974 I studied design and art at Shillito design school in Sydney, NSW. I have spent most of my working life in the fashion industry .
