Glass Book Series. Fused and slumped glass, formed in the kiln. fired-on line work. Oil/resin color glazes gilded with 23 kt gold leaf and fine silver lear. The story is an old legend of the Southwest which I have adapted, and created a book of glass: Long, long ago in a place where time as we know it did not exist. La Llorona wandered the banks of rivers and streams, searching for her lost children. To this day, some still hear her weeping, and see her ghostly form in the dark of the night. The spirit of La Llorona it is said, will find peace when the waters of the earth run fresh and clear.
