In Europe, Impressionist paintings were collected by artists, museums, ministers of culture, private collectors, and even churches. Today, visitors
flock not only to major museums worldwide, but also to lesser-known institutions where many of these masterpieces currently reside. Coming to
Denver and only two other cities in the U.S. for a rare glimpse are approximately 60 works by Monet, Cezanne, Pissaro, Degas, Renoir, Morisot,
Caillebotte, Sisley, Gauguin, Van Gogh and othersóreflecting the broad interests and varied styles of the Impressionist school at its peak. Catalog.
