1999-10-24 until 1999-12-09
Museum for Art and Design
Hamburg, ,
DE Germany
When the painter, graphic designer and restorer, Klaus von
Woyski, went to Greece in 1970 as the curator for
excavations of the German Archaeological Institute (DAI),
he had no idea that his stay would last for 27 years.
Besides his work for the DAI, numerous paintings,
watercolors, ink drawings and graphics came into being
during this time, from which a selection will be shown by
the Antiquities Collection.
