ArtistsOwnRegistry and Gallery (AOR) will host the world's first on-line
International Digital Art Award and exhibition (IDAA). It will be the first
definitive collection of work presented by some of the hottest and most creative
digital artists who have captivated an international audience from fine art
museums to corporate advertising. Entries are called for the first annual AOR International Digital Art Award. An
opportunity to be seen with the hottest international digital art going around!
Free to enter! There is absolutely no charge to submit your work for the IDAA.
Categories
Just one Category.... anything your imagination can handle! We expect to see related
works to graphic design, digital illustration, computer generated fine art, digital
photography, image manipulation, 3D, web graphics, editorial and corporate design, fonts
and typography, logotypes, etc...
Entry Formats
Files to be jpeg's, no larger than 100 KB's. High res images will not be accepted. Entry
by email only - it's simple and immediate and a maximum of 5 (FIVE) pieces of art work
per person entering - no exceptions sorry!
Very Important!
Make sure you include your name, email & web address (if applicable), title, short
description (no more than 25 words per work), category (include client name if
applicable) and name of software.
Send entries to Steve Danzig IDAA Director. If you make the short list we will notify
you, requests for updates will not be answered.

How it works!
A board of jurors will select 100 images from submitted entries which will be exhibited
on AOR for 6 months. The on-line exhibition will begin March 2001. Special AOR
Awards (in name only) will be given to works considered to represent art par excellance
by the judging panel -- judges decision will be final. The Laurence Gartel Award for
Excellence will be judged solely by Laurence Gartel whose decision will be final.
The public will also be given the opportunity to vote and nominate works to be eligible
for a Peoples Choice Award from 15 February 2001 to 14 March 2001. The AOR,
Peoples Choice awards and the Laurence Gartel Award for Excellence will be announced
and posted on 15 March 2001 and closes 15 September 2001.
