The Exploratorium will be host for a one-day workshop
for museum professionals who are responsible for
facilities and visitor services. Its focus is conducting
an access survey and writing a transition/
implementation access plan.
This Accessible Practices Workshop is co-hosted
by the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Inc. (ASTC) and The Exploratorium.
Don't miss the opportunity to work and
problem solve with colleagues, people with
disabilities, and accessibility professionals.
Place: The Exploratorium, San Francisco,
California.
Date: March 2, 2001.
Teams of two and three people are encouraged to
attend this interactive workshop. Cost is $60 for the
first person and $45 for each additional person.
The fee includes parking, lunch, and an
information-packed binder.
