In view of the recent tragedy of Sept. 11th, Redbud will sponsor a silent and blind art auction
on January 12, 2002. All profits will be donated to the American Red Cross. If you
are interested in participating, please create a work of art and send or deliver to
Redbud by January 6,1002.
Top collectors, Marylyn Oshman, Mary Cullen, and ethers have committed to purchase pieces.
Artists Dan Mitchell Allison, David Best, Bill Davenport, George Berms, Lucas Johnson, James Sorts, Sharon Kopriva, DeeWolff, and others have already agreed to participate.
Details:
1. All payments will be made directly to the American Red Cross for the artworks in this auction.
2. This will be a one-time event.
3. Each work will be sold for $150.
4. Each work will be executed on the 7.5 x 6.7 in. standard board supplied.
5. Each work will be signed on the back.
6. Subject matter will not be censored, but should respect and be sensitive to other Americans.
7. Medium and subject matter are the artist's choice.
8. Artwork should be unframed.
9. The show will be hung salon style.
10. Collectors will not see the name of the artist and will draw numbers to determine order of selection.
11. Spread the word if you wish.

13. Mail or drop off the work during the day at Redbud Gallery between now and
January 6, 2002. Leave the work at PRO Antiques next door if the gallery is
unattended.
