The King County Public Art Program of Seattle, Washington, USA is seeking three artists or artist teams for public art opportunities at the Harborview Medical Center Campus, the region's only Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center and medical research facility. These opportunities are open to professional artists residing in the USA.

Three opportunities currently exist for artists:
1. Design Team Artist with Light experience: An independent artist is sought to join the NBBJ design team to participate in overall design development of public spaces, Ninth & Jefferson Building, and the Inpatient Expansion Building. The artist will be paid $20,000 for design services. In addition to participating as a team member, the selected artist will also be asked to propose a project with an implementation budget of $200,000.
Artist's Fee: $20,000 plus $8,000 (not to exceed) for travel
2. Design Team Artist with Sound experience: An independent artist is sought to join the NBBJ design team to participate in overall design development of public spaces, Ninth & Jefferson Building, and the Inpatient Expansion Building. The artist will be paid $20,000 for design services. In addition to participating as a team member, the selected artist will also be asked to propose a project with an implementation budget of $200,000.
Artist's Fee: $20,000 plus $8,000 (not to exceed) for travel
3. 401 Broadway Building - public artist or artist team: An artist or artist team is sought to create integrated artwork for several "zones" of this new 5-story office building.
Budget: $315,000 for design and implementation, inclusive of travel*
