In this exciting exhibition, internationally-acclaimed furniture artist, Wendell Castle, brings us his focus on the most innovative furniture designs being made by craft artists today.

The Craft Alliance 40th Anniversary Exhibition Series opening on
January9, 2004 and closing on December 24, 2004 in the Craft Alliance
Gallery is an inspiring and provocative exposition of the finest
contemporary craft objects made by more than 375 emerging and
established artists from the St. Louis area and from around the globe.
Exhibitions are being curated or juried by renowned craft artisans and
experts in their field. The series properly reflects 40 years of
outstanding instruction and exhibition in fine craft and beautifully
represents our mission, "Craft Alliance provides inspiration and
education in fine contemporary craft to the entire community through
exhibitions, sales and instruction," and our newly established core
values, "quality, craft, inclusiveness, artistic freedom, personal
development, and creativity, catalyst for cultivating craft
appreciators, ethics, professionalism, tradition and progress."
