"The Feminine Eye" national group exhibition featuring installation art, photography, computer generated imagery, printmaking, painting, found object art, fiber arts, and sculpture by 11 artists opens on February 11 and run through March 10 in the Heuser Art Center on the Bradley University campus. The exhibition will examine how women are portrayed in art and the ways women create art. Contemporary print works from the Bradley educational archive including work by Philip Pearlstein and Joyce Tennison also will be featured.
Exhibitions in Bradley University galleries showcase artists with varied processes/techniques and ethnic heritage. This diversity expands our understanding of new ideas in the context of contemporary art history. Bradley University’s exhibition schedule includes varied disciplines (ceramic, photography, printmaking, sculpture, painting and design).
