Artist representative and local party planner, Amy Alonso, will opened her first gallery – Fache Arts Gallery -- on Saturday, October 9 in The Wynwood Arts District. Located at 2300 North Miami Avenue, Fache Arts will feature local and Latin American art. Two abstract artists, Carla Fache and
Fabia Nitti, will be featured at the gallery’s opening. Amy Alonso has many years of experience and success in the art world. She has represented Carla Fache for four years. Amy launched Art Fusion Gallery in October of 2003 in the Design District with great success she venture, along with artist Carla Fache, opened Fache Arts Gallery.
“The gallery has a New York City feel,” says Alonso of the loft-like space. “But the art is very Miami…it’s a beautiful mix of cultures and flavors from all the Americas.”
About the artists
Carla Fache (Chile) - The work of Chilean artists Carla Fache reflects her emotions and personal experiences. Her mission is to allow the spectator to tap into his or her own Imagination and exercise freedom of thought. Fache, who has been exhibited national & international, has been featured in national & International publications as an up-and-coming artist to watch.
Fabia Nitti (Venezuela) expresses her quest for life in simple geometric shapes with complex questions surrounding them. One of her sculptures, “The Square,” transforms the artist into a superimposed sequence based on real life, due to the perfection of the square’s shape. Day to day life experiences are shown to form episodes of life.
