PanAmerican ArtProjects is pleased to present artwork by Maysey Craddock and Carlos Estevez. The opening of the exhibition was on Friday, April 13, 2007. PanAmerican ArtProjects is located in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas. Pan American Art Projects, based in Dallas, Texas and Miami, Florida, specialize in art of the Americas. Established in 1990, the galleries seek to create a bridge between North and South American cultures and to present and exhibit artists from both regions concurrently.
Maysey Craddock was born in 1971 and was educated at Tulane and Maine College of Art. Her solo shows have included shadow, at the Franny Koelsch Gallery in Houston in 2007, unsaid at David Lusk Gallery in Memphis in 2006, and Three Feet High and Rising at The Foyer, in Munich, Germany in 2005. She has been included in group shows at the Armory in New York and the Chicago Art Fair in 2007 and Berliner Kunst Salon in 2006. She lives in Munich.
Carlos Estévez was born in Havana, Cuba in 1969. He was educated at Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana. His solo shows have included Two of a Kind at Alva Gallery in New London, CT in 2007, Observatorium at Alonso Art in Miami in 2006, Le voyage immobile at Gomez Fine Art in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2006, and Irreversible processes at Couturier Galllery in Los Angeles in 2005. He was exhibited at Art Miami in 2007 as well as in group shows at The Ormond Memorial Art Museum, the Gerald Cantor Art Gallery in Buffalo and Galeria Alovera in Guadalajara, Spain also in 2007. By dealing with emerging to established artists, as well as secondary market paintings, sculpture, and works on paper, Pan American Art Projects seeks to contribute to the growing art communities of Dallas and Miami. The galleries are active members of the Dallas Arts Dealers Association and the Wynwood Art Association.
