Want to get more involved in the UrbanGlass Community? Here are some ways you can help...

UrbanGlass is seeking dedicated and qualified volunteers and interns in the following areas:

.
Urbanite Steering Committee

The Urbanites is a new group of young professional art enthuisiasts that support UrbanGlass. The USC helps organize events and educational experiences for Urbanite members.

.

Education Volunteer

Promotes a deeper understanding and appreciation of UrbanGlass by providing detailed information about the organization and creating great experiences for our visitors. Volunteers answer questions, facilitate conversations, and lead activities with visitors in the studio and gallery.

.

Marketing Volunteer

Researches, develops, and cultivates new audiences for UrbanGlass by maintaining social networking sites, distributing marketing materials, and updating event and education postings online.

.

Volunteer Coordinator

Recruits, assists in training, and manages volunteers for various UrbanGlass projects and events.

.

Event Volunteer

Assists in preparation and production of UrbanGlass Gala, Open Houses, performances, community events and other special events.

.

Development Volunteer

Researches corporate and foundation grant opportunities and will assist with writing grant applications.

.

Web Volunteer

Help create content for the UrbanGlass website. Applicants with knowledge of basic HTML, Photoshop, You-Tube, and Flickr preferred.

.

Free tours and demonstrations at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 PM.
Families and children are welcome; no reservations needed!

Special half-hour, hands-on workshops in glassblowing or sandblasting.
