TransCultural Exchange’s 2011 Conference on International Opportunities in the Arts is the forum for addressing the practical needs of artists (of all disciplines) by providing them with information, access to key art world leaders, portfolio reviews and a wealth of networking possibilities with residency directors, cultural administrators, curators and other artists. Or, as the London Biennale Director David Medalla succinctly wrote of the 2009 Conference, “One of the best things in the art world today.”
