Hello,

Margaret Street Gallery is pleased to be hosting Transient, an exhibition by Harriet Clare and Nick Lewin, from 31 January - 26 February 2013. Curator Steve Macleod brings these artists together for the first time, teaming Clare's "Woebegone" series with Lewin's macro floral photographs.  The work explores the artists' fascination with the passing of time (please see the attached press release). 

The exhibition crosses over into an installation, combining Clare's smaller framed pieces with oversized draped paper prints and a three dimensional perspex piece. In the lower gallery, Lewin's large C Types are hung amongst massive vinyl prints that are wallpapered in parts across the floor, ceiling, and wall.
