The Gallery is surprising Brad (OK, he knows about it by now) with a life size blow up ( 7 feet tall). The idea is to get as many people as we can to take pictures with his likeness in the gallery, sign what will be his "giant get well card" and send him images and greetings this Sat. evening 6 to 9 via smart phones (please bring yours). ....... Thanks To All, DMA
How is Brad? Brad is still with the generous doctors responsible for his previous care in Savannah Georgia who know his case history and will be best be able to make a correct diagnosis and effect a speedy recovery. Brad is still there undergoing tests but is optimistic about his prognosis.
One way or the other Brad will be "In the House"

Brad Moody is a painter living and working in Houston Texas. A graduate of Rice University with a B. of Architecture (where he received the prestigious William Ward Watkins traveling Scholarship), he has also studied at London's Architectural Association and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, with a stint in Savanna Georgia. While in NYC, working as a designer, Brad was featured in People Magazine and reviewed in the NY Times, WWD, New York Magazine, and other major publications including Texas Monthly.
His designs have been featured in countless fashion and lifestyle magazines, along with covers for Cosmopolitan, Hamptons Magazine, Vogue, Bazaar, Sports Illustrated, and Shape all the while keeping his brushes moving in the various studio locations including Savanna Georgia, before relocating to Houston.
A strong proponent of art as narrative, the paintings are known for their energy and intensity with a decidedly raw, outsider edge. Brad Moody (also known as bmoody art) has been featured in numerous shows in Houston since moving here three years ago including, P. G. Contemporary, G Gallery, and d. m. allison art on Colquitt.
