Roxanne Brousseau Felio - Its in the art of interconnecting inside the outside. rX I am fascinated about perception and perspective, the philosophical adjustments one makes as one navigates in our journey, making sense of the world, building resilience and moving from compassion to find our place in it. These are the threads that extend beyond words and unite us with the language of our humanity. As an advocate of the arts, I continue to produce and feature initiatives that are both singular and collaborative opportunities for engagement and sharing with artists internationally. I have produced such endeavours with hundreds of artists over 50 countries during the last 17 years with applications of live streaming and offline resources. My recent artwork relates to power animals guides, teachers and how learning about them, our forests, wildlife, species, along with human beings, honours the qualities of cultures who have unity with nature and a foundation based on being close to elements. The intent of my art is to instill an awareness of respect for the interdependence of all species. Each animal carries its own energy, characteristics, vibrations and connections to nature. The painting Instinct of a wolf depicts the characteristics of returning to the root of ...

In my family, my grandfather was an artist and my two uncles. So from childhood till now, I brought up in that culture. I learned paintings from my grandfather. In this journey of 10 years, I have been awarded by more than 5 prestigious awards and got the recognition across the state. I am honored to be the purveyor of that art which has the perfect blend of pictorial depiction....

David Larkins - I've always been intrigued by the luminosity and transparencies found in watercolor and acrylic mediums. I believe an artist must experience the painting - to absorb the surroundings, the atmosphere, to have a oneness with the subject matter before the first brush stroke is applied. My style is described as "Abstract Realism" and my strength is found in the composition. I'm drawn to diverse subject matter that challenges the viewer to see abstraction in the ordinary - to meld the "real" world with the "abstract". ...

Austen Pinkerton - Artists Statement Austen Pinkerton If I turn my mind to it very quickly I can come up with several ideas for works aEUR|paintings, drawings, or sculptures. Sometimes ideas come to me when I least expect it, or when my mind is on other things. Ideas can be related to my current experiences, or to my feelings about things that are happening to me in my life at that particular time. Alternatively they can be related to a current interest, or something that occupies my attention at that moment, and my ideas and feelings about which Id like to share with others. A lot of my work is autobiographicalaEUR|either directly or indirectly, consciously or subconsciously. It is frequently very personal, and expresses events or circumstances or experiences in my life. I usually work in either Acrylic on Canvas, Crayon or Pastel, or both together, with Gouache, on card, Drawing in pencil, or Ink, or both, or with creating SculptureaEUR|for which I use fired artists clay. Sculpture follows a completely different set of rules and values from two-dimensional art, obviously, I think of it as Drawing in three dimensions and I take this into account when creating mine. In...

His style extends from realism to surrealistic to fantasy and abstraction. Lora Vannoord - I am a Florida Artist originally from a small town in Michigan, now painting in Florida. My works are original oil paintings inspired by Mother Nature. I want to communicate my love of nature to help others see and appreciate the natural environment around them. My goal is to give others a calming and imaginative experience in their homes when they contemplate my oil paintings. I enjoy the creative composing of my landscapes using my store of images and my imagination. I combine my sketchbook images and photos to form my imaginary landscape. I then feel excited and fulfilled when my work goes well. Even as a child my happiest times were when I was creating art or attending art activities and museums. I am a member of the Tarpon Springs Art Association, the Palm Harbor Art Club, the Creative Artists Guild, Artists of the Adirondacks, Strand Center for the Arts and the NOAPS. I have been chosen to show my original oil paintings in many of their juried exhibits. I have had solo exhibits in Grand Rapids MI, Dunedin FL, Oldsmar FL and Tarpon Springs FL.. I have shown oil paintings in group exhibits in Clearwater FL, Crystal Beach...

Rita Levinsohn - Welcome to my world of Other Realities. I am a painter of mystical figurative paintings and abstractions composed of acrylic paint and found objects. My concern is for the future of our planet. The animate and inanimate objects within the paintings reflect many incarnations. The message being that it is possible to create rather than destroy....

Environmental Artist Apollo - "The beauty of our planet should be held in respect as well as reverence and awe! As the care takers of this precious jewel called Earth it is our duty to become more harmonious with our environment, for what we hold in our hands is a trust for future generations. What we do today, creates tomorrow." APOLLO Internationally Renowned Environmental Artist. Apollo is one of the World's Leading Environmental Artists. Donna Gallant - Art is a daily routine in my life. I see, hear, taste, feel and smell the life that surrounds me and I am inspired by the simplest aspects of this world. Whether it be the way the light hits an object or the way objects or forms move in space. I find it all so fascinating and alive. I try to portray these experiences and expressions through my art making....

Heather Hyatt - In my work as a fine artist, I use the mediums of graphite, coloured pencil and oil, in the styles realism, photo-realism, trompe l'oeil and portraiture, Ideas come from literature, metaphors, and the real world. Rather than the imitation of appearance, my concern is with the essence of the subject. In trompe l'oeil, it is the hardness and softness of guns and lingerie, which, when mounted in shadow boxes, become real. In the series,'Dante's Divine Comedy', executed in graphite, the object was to depict the universality of his ideas as they appear today. In all of my work, realism is my focus and goal. ...

Caren Keyser - My expressionist paintings are done using an intuitive process. I begin with the paint and then allow the paint and my subconscious to lead me to the subject matter. Exciting interactions between colors evolve from brushwork, pouring, glazing, spraying and other techniques. I strive to show the essence of the subject rather than paint an overly realistic image. I never know what I will find next in my work. I hope it will be dramatic and emotional. Note that the paintings are not framed. ------------------------------------- I began painting professionally in 1977 after studying art at Florida Atlantic University. There I explored the many styles and techniques available to the acrylic painter. My first photo-realism style piece was created while attending FAU. I knew from that moment that realistic nature scenes would be my style of choice. This remained my theme and style until after 2005. As time has passed my work has changed and become more creative in its processes. Color is still the dominant feature in my work. As my focus has shifted toward expressionism I stored my realism pieces. The originals of many of them are still available for purchase and are included in my inventory here at ...
