Phillip Flockhart - STATEMENT After 50 years of image making, journeying through the Da Da, Constructivist, and Minimalist Schools 1970s-1980s I find that my work and my beliefs put me firmly in The School of Expressionism, although my continued belief in the work of Carl Jung, especially his Catalytic Exteriorisation Phenomenon adds another layer of understanding to the traditional Expressionists and places it somewhere more in the Spiritual. My art philosophy formulated over many years practice is actually always present in the content of my work, although themes come and go and reflect other areas of my life and which are influenced by the work of great artists like Kazimir Malevich, Vladimir Tatlin, Juan Gris, Kurt Switters , Marc Chagall, Robert Motherwell, Robert Rauschenberg, Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys the themes of my art, if examined retain the content of my work which has remained as it has for 35 years now the attempt to disseminate the picture plane to see through and beyond, with colour, real time space, Collage Relief, imagery or optical device, multi point perspective and opto-kinetism, to reveal the truth that lays beyond .... I believe that this is what Marc Rothko meant when he said that his paintings ...
John Vasiliou - I approach my art through intuition more than conscious effort. Making art is my way of disengaging from ordinary experience, giving life to the force of the psyche- that which Carl Jung described as "active imagination". My emotional response leads to possibilities taking form through different media. The "themes" behind my images point to the interior realm and the natural world- the metaphysical and the phenomenal. Much of my work suggests to me an atmosphere in transition composed of distinct elements-- my role as an artist is to integrate those elements into a kind of "ordered chaos" where abstraction and objectivity meet. My intent is to create images that are original and vibrant- that have the quality to engage the viewer, prompting a sense of wonder and inviting reflection....
Bernhard Luettmer - The project is to create the image with a short composition as I wanted at times I took in here. Timing and movements of the camera or the machinery are important resources. Photography is listen to the world as we hear a beloved piece of music. For example: I see a tree just in vegetation, the wind gentle caresses the new leaves, the light shines and you hear all this on the skin. Now take a picture with the knowledge that this concentration and on the negative is something of the feeling....

Hans-Ruedi Kammermann - Painting for me is passion, a fascinating process of seeing that alters the vision of things. The everyday becomes special, unique, unknown. What is seen, is never what is painted, yet the painting becomes a new reality. I don't invent abstract images but the act of accumulating material on the canvas creates form and color - being materialistic in order to transform matter into imagination and perception.
