I have painted covers for nearly every major publisher.I have paintings in the permanent collections of the USAF Art Collection, NASA and The Museum of American Illustration. My artwork has been exhibited at the White House,the Capitol, the Pentagon, the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery ,The New York Historical Society Museum , The Historical Foundation of Brevands,France and the Abraham Lincoln Home and Presidential Library in Springfield, Illinois. I have have created well over 2000 stamps for some 40 separate nations.I have illustrated more than a dozen children's books, and have painted the portraits of Royals,Political Leaders, celebrated individuals from Nobel Laureates to film stars. Mel Fiorentino - When I create my art I try to incorporate a number of things one being sexuality and eroticism, secondly based on whichever personal experience or mental thoughts I may have I do try to gear the piece as my personal visual diary and then third I like to use abstract and surreal back drops to bring the piece together. The human form is a beautiful and unique art in itself, so I find every contour to be exciting and challenging to paint. I do find that the thing us humans can relate to the most is other human experiences, which gives us a connection to everything and other human emotion. Tyrone Webber - hi my name is tye I have been drawing for as long as I can remember for many years now with huge gaps in between. I recently started drawing again these last two years due to having to give up work and look after my wife wich has given me a little more time also to spend on my artwork I usually draw in graphite but secretely love to experiment with different ideas and would love to be able to paint as well as I draw but alas still under practice I try to make a statement in my mixed media works and at times have been told I do manage to stir emotions in my work which is what I do try and do I think theres nothing worse when once a work is completed then I take a look and it seems a little flat and meaningless with no soul and thats something wich I do try to avoid if I can I started mainly doing portraits but as we know the web is full of thousands of portrait artists all seem to be doing the same thing so I am trying things a lot differently one small ...
