Artwork Description:   I painted the Kuala Lumpur Skyline to change my existed perception. I made it more presentable by portraying the city in a more calm and peaceful mood. A rendition of the citys landmarks the Twin Towers and the KL Tower flaunt majestic and prominent facade, scheming the skyline. Images of Maybank, CIMB and the high-rise buildings on the backdrop project the economic status of the country. On the foreground I painted flats and condominiums to show the living standard of the city dwellers. The scattered immaculate white blankets of cloud back by the cobalt blue sky seem entertaining the passion. I used brilliant analogous and complementary colors to bring up the impression of enchanting beauty and ambiance of the city, which we hardly experience in reality. This is the reason why I love to paint. It enables me to change my world by applying colors with a brush on a piece of canvas. I painted the Kuala Lumpur Skyline to change my existed perception.
