... Yes.. I started working on this special drawing again... didn't for weeks, as you know.. intensified or subdued hues.. layers..... of different colors.. lines intensified.. worked on the whole drawing.. For the viewers, who want to see it as seascape.. it is seascape.. and a beautiful one too ;-).. rocks almost 'feel like touching'... water gets depth.. or less depth... depends how deep.. and the color of sky as well as what is beneath.. or in it influences.. darks and lights on rocks.. I love rocks and 'see' images in them.. so...... each little raised grain of sand or what have you, brings on shadow of.. or light of.. makes you see it the way it is.. For the 'Mignon'-fans.. this drawing is a 'trip'... figures, faces.. starting on bottom left.. look for total figures.. legs.. arms holding children.. lovers.. ohhh boy... lots of those.. not neccessarily always entwined.. smile now.. this is a real challenge.. all the way through.. when visions turn to stone.... another world.. seems like it does not change.. as if comes and goes.. with the tide.. the moon.. and the sun brings to light.. later in progress will enlarge sections and lead through with 'my creative eye'.. what my core 'tells'... and yes.. a lot of work still...
