SEE IT ??? SEE IT ?? Yeahh... I discovered spaces.. What I can do easy on white background.. I had to discover by experimenting on black... do it all the time and not aware of with painting.. Just triggered memory.. My Genesis No, three.. the water I did this way.. not even thinking once.. just flowed and came into existence.. The hair here.. very similar in drawing!!---My unusual forms and lines.. negative and positive spacing just happens.. and here.. I had to get acquainted first.. with the reverse.. (that's probably why I have difficulty cutting my hair in the mirror.. no, not the hair in mirror- and come to think of it.. .. the way I experience it..... I mean, look in mirror and then cut.. Or drive backwards.. takes me a little.. to concentrate .. on occasion .. etc. Ever plugged a stray above your nose in between the eyebrows in mirror?? Hmmm.. then you know, what feel I had in beginning, on drawing these spaces and forms on black.. ) the natural just did not come- natural.. Then it hit.. This 'Mignon' thing.. I just wanted her the way I felt.. and worked.. and worked.. stronger here.. movement throughout no matter how much 'cut'.. Look at the hair between both images.. see the spaces of black there????? grrrreatttt!!!! and the cuts in face with the black?? and the mouth.. Man-the mouth is hotttt.. from this artists point of view.. meaning.. the cut through and still not interrupting.. ALL flowing spaces.. negative and positive. I did this with the chromo black. Could not believe it, until I put colored chromo black pencil down and really NOTICED'.. And when I do my first piece.. JUST with the black background, that exists.. all the forms.. I will be the genius !!! at least for a tiny whee little moment.. grinnnnnnnnn.. I look forwards to that elation!! And you know me by now.. once I 'bite'.... I 'bite' HARD.
