Artwork Description:

Part of the Iliad series, this is one of the works which focuses on the victims of war. Homer is perhaps the first author to write about the horrors of war and this drawing alludes to the part where he writes about Hector's son. Done mostly in pen and ink pointilhism on watercolor, but also contains the background done in ink and collage and the bottom of the drawing was done with colored pencils. Part of the Denise and Mauricio Quadrado collection.
