Artwork Description:   Inspired by Modigliani Caryatid Ii. Modigliani did many drawings of sculpted female figures and for this leaded stained glass panel, I was inspired to use waterglass and iridescent glass to add sensuousness to the form. This panel includes 100 hand-cut pieces of 7 different colors and textures of glass. The artwork is framed in 2 inch wide oak stained natural and has hooks on each side to hang by chains in front of a window. The light during the day creates a glimmering female form.
