Artwork Description:   This is the first painting in a series that I have been working on for almost 3 years now. The inital project began with 60 pen and ink drawings, which I have now copied and are attaching to canvas. By using copies of the ink's, I am able to preserve the original images, which will be used for another project. However, the use of the copies in no way prevents the work from being autonomous. This painting is completely original.
