Artwork Description:

This oil painting was created in 2004. 2004 was an interesting year for me. My most recent project was completed and shipped to the White House and I was waiting on the results. After such a serious patriotic work(I gave up $150,000 worth of Art work for the good of the cause for free) I was feeling like I need to try something new and get my mind of the worrying about how my work will accepted there. I tried to work with the air brush. And I got really inspired by it. So I created two paintings that I think are really exceptional and unique. Using all my skills and vision I worked on them for about 3 months. And here they are for you to see. A naked woman is getting ready to take a bath. She is looking in the mirror and she is in motion. A sheet that was attached to the canvas and painted over makes it so much intimate, like looking through a curtain at something beautiful, forbidden, yet within a reach.
