Speechless, in Awe, wonder struck by the moments of spiritual bliss, Transcending , breaking all former barriers and exceeding the limits of spiritual energy. A large sized canvas spiritual abstract painting, 53x65 inches size done in August 2016, using acrylic paints. The Kundalini, is a latent energy that exists in sleeping mode in every individual, often represented by a three and half times spiral coiled black snake that lies in sleep mode at base of your spine. When awakened, passes through the lower centres, root chakra, sacral chakra , solar plexus chakra and comes to the Anahata, the heart chakra, which is just below at the heart. It stays there for moments, and mind becomes still, within, withdrawn from the three lower centres focusing completely on the green chakra. . One can feel the awakening of Divine Consciousness and sees Light, sparkling white light , a warm feeling and fire energy but, at a higher force the colorfully loaded light of energy is viewed white. The Kundalini Awakening is not a mystical one time experience. It is a gradual process of unfolding of habits, thoughts and beliefs. breaking the shell and opening up to the vast blessings of the Universe. Reconnecting you to your true self. A realization of how limiting our beliefs have been , how we ourselves have blocked our life resources and once the sleep mode in awakened, the snake lying within at the base of your spine, in slumber over years... it opens its eyes, after activation by mantras, chanting,yogic postures, healing arts, healing exercises, musical healings, voice healings, sound healings, guided meditations, up and is available to use whenever you want. As the truth unfolds, you understand the beauty in each moment, the life. Wisdom, awareness, a more open, liberal attitude. As you embrace these feelings, awakening, means giving up and letting go of tons of illusions about who you thought you are. While some do come and go in this state , by attending a Kundalini awakening workshop or doing few exercises they do not know where to go ahead after this and the beautiful energy is dissolved after some time in the hectic life schedules.
