This is a Painting in oil on canvas of my home town of Tuscaloosa. I have named it after the Choctaw words it was derived from. Tushka(warrior) and Lusa(black). The main river that runs just in front of the buildings you see here is also called the black warrior. Ask any person who has lived here all there life what they notice about this picture and they will probably tell you the clock on the bank building. It was a staple of information for my generation. It gave the time, weather, and town announcements. This has now been removed a part of lost history because of this I made a point of putting it here as a symbol of our town and on its face the year our town was born 1819. This has gallery wrapped sides with a good heavy frame.
