Aditya Dev - I started with Black Ink on paper & Watercolour Medium. I like to paint Figurative, Abstract Forms and Landscape in my styles. My areas of thoughts are very vast which I try to portrait in my paintings and poems. Now I am using acrylic and oil paints on canvas, where I can express my feelings and desire in the forms of colour, which gives me freedom to show my emotions. My sketches are about the feelings and relations, which having no particular shape. Its forms exude lightness that balances its movement on canvas. There is a deliberate move away from the use of substantial colours, pen and ink, layers and textures to further underscore the notion of the space. There is great tranquility about these images which are clearly records of emotions....

Wojtek Kowalski - I am a self-taught person. ... My paintings rise from an internal need. I find inspiration in peace and quiet , by observing nature and people. My works show my own vision of the world. By using colours and simple forms I convey feelings and emotions as well as dreams and fantasies. Ideas spring to my mind when nothing happens around me. I am guided by my own sense of beauty and aesthetics. ...

Chris Jehn - I am primarily a self taught artist and have always felt creative. I worked my way through college by teaching crafts at an arts and crafts store, everything from embroidery and macrame to tole painting and pottery. I have taken numerous workshops from other practicing artists. Being with a group of other artists creates a synergy that inspires me. I now primarily work with acrylics and collage. I especially love intense color, and have made a study of color composition. One of the main reasons I live in Colorado is because almost everywhere you look there is something wonderful, and IaEURtmm compelled to try to paint what I see and feel. ...

Jack Diamond - My interest in art as self expression started at a very early age. I sold my first painting at eighteen. Never attending an art school I learned my craft on the job as an apprentice to master craftsmen. Learning to do restoration work, to paint reproductions of the old masters paintings, as well as painting murals, faux and Trompe l'oeil for many of the world's most demanding clients. Later I attended Akron University to study theater scene painting. As a master artist I have designed and painted theater scenery for numerous productions and painted private commissions for well established internationally known designers as well as original works that are collected around the world. I taught painting as an adjunct professor at Ashland University and The Richland Art Academy. Now working in my New York studio I have turned my attention to capturing the times and world I live in. I paint by memory because I want to paint only the memorable. My compositions take form in my imagination based on my experiences. Currently, my work reflects my interest in math and it's connection to nature, specifically in Fractal geometry, exploring the idea of fusing infinite and finite ...

Rebecca L. Baldwin - My initial endeavors as an artist were in the field of Commercial Art. Like many other Artists before me I experimented with an interesting mix of media since Art School, Pen and Ink, Calligraphy, Watercolor, and Oil and Acrylic Painting. I began, as many artist, with drawing, which then became a career as an Illustrator. During these years as a Commercial Artist, I was blessed with no less than five children, all creative and intelligent individuals. So I had much more to keep me busy than being an Artist. After years of marriage an staying "at Home" with the kids ( now grown), It was impossible to break back into the Commercial Art field. I had also become a painter during my child rearing years and thus began to paint sets for a theater in the small town of Vincennes,Indiana, where I lived at the time and during my marriage. In 1990 I returned to my hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to begin my new career as a painter. Most of my current work is LARGE, actually on walls, and mostly commissioned work that I design myself. I have painted Murals for the City of Louisville, The Louisville Free Public Libraries...

I actively participate in drawing and painting sessions with Lafayette College Easton Pa. I also organize a painting session on a monthly basis for an Arts Society that I am a board member of....

Alkistis Wechsler - Reality meets myths. Personal visual impressions of chosen English gardens ... lately also Mediterranean seaside, are coming together in imaginative collages and alchemic transformation. . Sensitive to the environment as well as to human interactions and expressions it all translates into visual myths . Not only travels between geographical points, but also a thirst for such trips in the mind through myths and readings of initiatic rituals of metamorphosis, infiltrated as well my art of painting. At the end, every archetype (for example Heliogabalus, Persephone and Artemis) and every movement reaches back to the source of rhythm and scales creating a personal mythology and so I understand my self and the world after each painting is done by a hypersensitive process and not a premeditated rational plan. The seasons or the elements and their rhythm are interwoven with my vision of human soul and the soul of the sea ...
