It's whatever we put our focus, our attention to - If we are focusing on our work, then our work is our meditation ... If we are focusing our attention to watering flowers, then the flowers are our meditation ... Or, to our children. It's the art of focusing, being fully present in whatever we choose to do, in that moment. Perhaps this piece might assist the viewer to concentrate and feel the sensation of focusing, by meditating into the center ... Then taking that experience into daily life. Acrylic on canvas.
