�Honey Crisp� 30� x 24� Acrylic on canvas �Honey Crisp� inspired me for a couple of reasons, color harmony, the subtlety of light and two of my favorites about Michigan, lighthouses and fresh apples The aqua hues of Lake Michigan and reds of the honey crisp apple make a perfect complementary blend of color. The jetty protruding into the lake and the sea gull adds a spatial dimension helps create the perspective needed to give the viewer the sense that they are looking out of a light house window inside the tower.
