One of the hottest days of this year was around July 4th, which is also when the winter wheat and oats are harvested. The temperature was 104 degrees when I did my study for Rolled Oats, the heavy, hot and humid atmosphere became the focus for my composition. Many folks do not realize that July is harvest time, and a very hot one! The original is for sale $900.00
