Artwork Description:
This painting is a romanticized depiction of my childhood farm home near Arcadia, Indiana. Previous owners had moved the house from a beautiful spot on a hill in the woods at the rear of the farm to a spot close to Startzman Road. I prefer to remember the old site where the view included the Cicero Creek valley. We never put out Christmas lights, but my uncle Harold did, so I borrowed his for the painting.
