Artwork Description:

I painted this one day after I had become so very angry. It took me years to realize I cannot eliminate anger and must not permit this destructive emotion get the better of me. To quote Mark Twain “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” I am pleased to say I managed to transfer my anger onto the canvas and notebook.
