The fact is that I was born and raised in a country that no longer exists. If someone else remembers, there was such a terrible country the Soviet Union. It was a real empire of lies and evil. This is how the children looked on the holiday. I deliberately do not draw adults from that era. Adults always had a choice. The children had no choice. They had to match the adult s ideas about them and look accordingly. And these ideas could not be independent. All for all decided the ruling party. I wanted to call this picture an unhappy girl. But then I remembered that we were still happy. even in this form. The picture is painted in oil colors on canvas of high quality. Painted in a traditional way-brushes and palette knife.
