.. AUG.26,2013-- this is DETAIL I of painting in progress.. ... paints on previous image, ,need to dry.. I continue with the 'other' .. No. III on canvas sheet.. eliminated the face in left.. distracted my eyes and feel too much from core of painting.. other forms needed to vanish too.. .. several layers.. o fwhiite... almost started 'anew'.. just almost.. the most important have 'presence'.. painted intensely several hrs.. reached for hues... cad yellows, various reds.. and various whites.. Weather is very, very humid.. anticipating thunder storm or rain... mood is 'right' to paint.....
