Artwork Description:

In this case it is an allusion to a character of theatrical representation in Mexico called Pastorela, that is to say imaginary scenes carried out by shepherds who prepare the birth of Christ. They are small works of great grace, popular wit and good humor. The main dressing, of course, are the tricks and antics of the devil, a tireless character who tries to frustrate, without success, the acts of adoration of the people to the newborn Messiah.
