Monday, April 23,2018- my dear, longtime friend brought me a box of 48 soft many gorgeous colored pastel sticks i had to experiment with.. see how they react to the papers i have.. interact with each other not only in hues, but also textures.. can i layer.. and if.. how deep is the tolerance, specially on the black drawing paper i use at present. as you notice , i am going through great scales.. thing is.. it the work slipped out of 1my hands several inches .. i caught it.. but some areas of pastel painting did too.. not really noticeable , but i know.. so for me will be interesting to see, end results. now need a calming influence.. fruit appeals to thought: have a peaceful, joyful week✌️
