Artwork Description:

.. series taken December 3,2012-- roaming around with camera in the park.. puddles every where, it seemed.. One captured my total attention... in the slightly slanting corner section of the parking lot near the basket ball court... is asphalted/blck/dark grey.. autumns brilliant colored leaves .. mostly reds and yellows.. seemed to huddle together.. rain water nudged them, some spreading towards the outsides on both sides of corner/triangle like.. rain gathered to about 3 inches.. soft ripples, hardly noticeable.. from the light wind.. seemed like a gorgeous amber glass surface.. with magical images appearing through... on my approach.. on top of water.. in design created by waters movement... I could not miss.. the floating of substance... must have been in asphalt , when dry.. now.. washed up by the rain.. moving in forms .. whitish to golden.. along clear of ambers... and once I changed position.. in greys.. then blues.. with tree reflections into wonderful greens.... I stayed a 'while'.. smiling.. taking series from all kind of angles in light and dark.. here and there favoring colors eyes discovered.. forgot the time... had to wipe off the light rain constantly from camera... id not ant to risk more water spots on my lens.. but then.. became an 'automatic'... eyes just continued the magic in discoveries... These photographs are edited by me. some 'lessening' the light.. favoring dark tones.. or reducing dark tones and favoring the images and colors in light... is the way I want the images, as I have originally 'seen'.. camera, does not depict that.. it depicts.. what is obvious.. my eyes.. see 'other'.. so.. when I edit.. You see results of what 'MY EYES' have originally seen... MIND remembers... smiling more... .. I compose while I take photographs... slight cropping only once in a while necessary...

Thus, we always offer individualized attention to each client for every purchase however small or large it may be. We treat all our clients with great attention and care. We are not a big box store -- not like a warehouse store shipping low quality reproduction art -- not like a big discounter --or website that offers "free shipping" which usually drives the price up and takes money away from the artist. We are a company with over 25 years of art experience and we always treat our artists fairly. On the internet since 1995, absolutearts.com understands that each original work of art is valuable. Whether your art purchase is a gift, a corporate piece, a private art commission or an artwork for your living room - we always respect your taste and privacy!
