Artwork Description:   FRAMED PHOTO MANIPULATED PRINT: I am fascinated by the fact how many African Tribes can adorn their bodies with simple things, often even bits of nature to provide stunning results. Perhaps my favorite of these adornments are done by The Omo Valley Peoples. This work is of a young girl from the Mursi tribe in Ethiopia, and I’ve blended a brightly colored preening Flamingo onto her head like an exotic head dress. The work is offered as a single original full size metal photo print 30” x 45” covered with a sheet of1 2” thick non-reflective acrylic. All of the framing materials have been carefully chosen to compliment and enhance the finished print, so as to provide a cohesive and unique original work of art.
